This 120 sq.m trade row is suitable for a store, a stop-and-shop complex with retail function, or a pharmacy. Panoramic facade glazing gives a clear view of the storefront from the street and fills the sales area with natural light throughout the day. The elongated 16x7.5 m module shape allows the interior to be divided into several departments or customer service zones. The structure can be installed along roadsides, in pedestrian zones, near public transport stops, or on adjacent territories.
The module frame is welded from profiled steel tubes treated with anti-corrosion primer, ensuring the structure withstands loads and moisture. Exterior walls are made of composite aluminum panels, and the roof is covered with a PVC membrane resistant to precipitation and UV exposure. Walls are insulated with 45 kg/m³ mineral wool 100 mm thick, and the ceiling with 35 kg/m³ mineral wool 100 mm thick, allowing year-round use. The floor is multilayer: 40 mm wooden board, waterproofing layer, OSB board, and a commercial linoleum finish.
The facade combines continuous storefront glazing in an aluminum profile with sections of composite panels, allowing an exterior sign or logo to be placed on the solid wall areas. Interior walls are finished with laminated chipboard panels, and the ceiling with laminated PVC panels 250 mm thick. Windows and entrance groups are made of PVC with single-chamber 4 mm double-glazed units, providing sound insulation and draft protection.
The standard set includes the frame, exterior and interior finishing, wall and ceiling insulation, flooring, PVC windows and doors. Electrical equipment — lighting, sockets, a distribution board — is designed individually to fit the needs of a store, stop pavilion, or pharmacy. On request, the layout can be adjusted for a specific purpose of the premises.
The trade row is manufactured at Euromarket Bud's production facility in Kharkiv, while turnkey delivery and installation are carried out across Ukraine. The finished module is brought to the site fully assembled or in sections, depending on logistics, and installed on a prepared foundation.
