This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur (FOP) Hlib Berunenko, trading as Evromarket Stroy ("Contractor"), for the manufacturing and installation of kiosks, trade pavilions and modular buildings. Submitting a request on the website and subsequently agreeing on the order terms constitutes acceptance of this offer by the customer ("Customer").
The Contractor undertakes to manufacture and hand over to the Customer a kiosk, pavilion or other prefabricated structure built to individual order, and, by separate agreement, to deliver and install it at the Customer's site. The configuration and dimensions are determined based on a site measurement and an agreed technical specification.
An order is placed via a request on the website, by phone, or in person. Upon receiving the request, the Contractor contacts the Customer to clarify the parameters, arrange a site visit for measurement if needed, and prepare a cost estimate.
Prices shown in the website catalog are indicative and depend on the area, configuration and materials used. The final price is fixed in the cost estimate/contract once the technical specification is agreed. Payment is made in full upon completion and shipment of the object to the Customer, in cash or non-cash form in accordance with Ukrainian law.
The estimated manufacturing time is 14–25 business days depending on the complexity of the object and is agreed individually in the cost estimate. Timelines may change by agreement of the parties if the Customer changes the technical specification.
Manufactured structures carry a 12-month warranty from the date the object is handed over to the Customer, provided the operating rules are followed. The warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure, unauthorized modification of the structure, or improper use.
The Customer undertakes to provide the necessary information and access to the installation site in a timely manner, and to make payments according to the agreed schedule. The Contractor undertakes to manufacture the object in accordance with the approved technical specification and within the agreed timeline.
The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations if it results from circumstances of insurmountable force (force majeure) arising after the conclusion of the contract.
Submitting a request on the website and confirming the cost estimate constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer by the Customer.
