Pavilion construction

Evromarket Stroy specializes in fast-assembly structures: trade pavilions, kiosks, hangars, market rows, and site cabins.

Over many years we've mastered every detail of the craft — which pipe cross-section to use in the load-bearing frame, how to calculate load ratings correctly, which insulation to choose, and much more. The manufacturing principle behind kiosks, pavilions, market rows, hangars and site cabins is essentially the same; they differ only in size and, accordingly, in the materials used.

Manufacturing stages

  1. 1

Building the steel frame. This is the most important assembly stage, and a lot depends on it. We pay very close attention to it — every frame is built on a specially prepared site, and the entire steel structure is treated with an anti-corrosion coating.

  2. 2

Installing the floor and roof. All boards are treated with a special solution to prevent decay, and waterproofing is laid on both the floor and the roof.

  3. 3

Installing walls from corrugated sheet or composite panels. The customer chooses the material; the exterior cladding can also be made from other materials on request.

  4. 4

Insulation and interior finishing. We use Isover mineral wool for insulation, though other options are available. Inside, the pavilion can be finished with plastic, MDF panels, drywall and more.

  5. 5

Installing the electricity meter and wiring. Each outlet gets its own dedicated line rated for 5 kW, which fully rules out cable overload and overheating.

We provide a warranty and technical documentation for every pavilion, which is essential for registering it with fire safety and sanitary authorities. We provide quality certificates for all materials used. Manufacturing a pavilion takes 20–30 days — and if several pavilions are made at once, the timeline doesn't change, since they're assembled in parallel.
