This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms for returning goods purchased from individual entrepreneur (FOP) Hlib Berunenko, trading as Evromarket Stroy ("Company").
A return is possible only if the product is completely unusable due to the Company's fault.
If the Customer identifies a defect, they must notify the Company by email, in free form, to the address listed below. The Company undertakes to fix the identified defect within 7 (seven) business days of receiving such notice.
If the defect cannot be fixed and a decision is made to return the product, dismantling and removal of the product is carried out by the Company.
Funds paid by the Customer are refunded within 60 (sixty) calendar days of the decision to return the product.
