The elongated building shape of 26x4.5 m allows the space to be divided into several independent sections with their own entrances, convenient for renting or selling in parts. The frame of the retail row is made of profiled steel pipes with anti-corrosion primer, ensuring structural stability over a long service life. The exterior walls are faced with composite aluminum panels, and the roof is made of PVC membrane. Wall insulation is mineral wool with a density of 45 kg/m³ and thickness of 100 mm, ceiling insulation is mineral wool with a density of 35 kg/m³ and thickness of 100 mm, allowing year-round use of the premises. The floor is multi-layered: 40 mm wooden board, waterproofing, OSB and commercial linoleum. The interior walls are finished with laminated chipboard panels, and the ceiling with laminated PVC panels 250 mm thick.
The retail row includes PVC windows and doors with a single-chamber 4 mm glass unit, as well as panoramic facade glazing on aluminum profile, providing maximum display visibility of goods. Electrical equipment is installed according to an individual design depending on the purpose of each section. The exterior design includes expressive canopies over the entrances in a contrasting color, highlighting each retail point within the overall facade.
The retail row is manufactured at the facilities of Euromarket Bud in Kharkiv, a company operating since 2005.
