The 60 m² trade pavilion suits a shop, pharmacy, public transport stop, coffee shop, street food outlet, office or order pickup point. The 12x5 m dimensions allow the space to be divided into a sales area and a utility room or storage. The universal layout can be adapted to the customer's specific business.
The pavilion frame is made of steel-tube metal profile with anti-corrosion primer, ensuring structural strength and a long service life. The exterior walls are clad with composite aluminum panels in black (anthracite) with red vertical inserts at the facade corners. The side walls are additionally finished with wooden slats, giving the pavilion an expressive appearance. The roof is made of PVC membrane, the walls are insulated with 100 mm mineral wool of 45 kg/m³ density, and the ceiling with 100 mm mineral wool of 35 kg/m³ density.
The facade is panoramic — PVC windows with a single-chamber 4 mm glass unit cover most of the front wall, providing natural light for the sales area. The entrance is a sliding door made of PVC profile. The windows are equipped with protective roller shutters that close the glazing after hours. A metal canopy with a fascia for a sign is installed above the facade.
The floor is made of 40 mm wooden boards with waterproofing, an OSB layer and a commercial linoleum finish. The interior walls are clad with laminated chipboard panels, and the ceiling with laminated seamless PVC panels 250 mm thick. Electrical wiring is installed according to the customer's individual project, taking into account the placement of trade or office equipment.
The pavilion is manufactured at the Euromarket Bud facility in Kharkiv and then delivered fully assembled to any region of Ukraine. Installation on a prepared site or foundation blocks is carried out by the company's mobile crew, with work handed over turnkey.
