The 24 m² pavilion is suitable for a shop, pharmacy, coffee shop, office, parcel pickup point or a bus-stop complex with a retail outlet. The wide entrance with three sections of roller shutters allows the facade to be fully opened for open-air trading or closed off at night and during off-hours. The compact 6x4 m footprint makes it possible to install the structure on a small plot — in a yard, at a public transport stop, near a shopping center or on company premises.
The pavilion frame is made of metal profile based on steel tubes with anti-corrosion primer, ensuring the structure's resistance to loads and moisture. The exterior finish consists of wood-look composite panels, giving the building a neat appearance without the need for additional painting. The roof is single-slope, covered with a PVC membrane, with a metal canopy and fascia above the entrance — the fascia can carry the business name or signage. Walls and ceiling are insulated with mineral wool (walls — 100 mm, 45 kg/m³, ceiling — 100 mm, 35 kg/m³), allowing the pavilion to be used all year round.
The entrance is fitted with three sections of anthracite-colored roller shutters, providing convenient access and additional protection for the premises during off-hours. The floor is made of 40 mm wooden boards with waterproofing, an OSB layer and commercial linoleum — the finish withstands heavy use. Interior walls are finished with laminated chipboard panels, and the ceiling with laminated seamless PVC panels. Electrical equipment is installed according to the customer's individual project, taking into account the planned load and location of connection points.
