Store 120 sq.m

Purpose of the pavilion

The 120 sq.m pavilion is suitable for a non-food or food shop, a pharmacy, or a public transport stop combined with a retail function. Panoramic facade glazing provides street-facing display visibility and natural light for the sales area. The format works well in central city locations, near transport stops, or as part of shopping complexes.

Structure and materials

The pavilion frame is made of metal profile using modular technology, allowing the layout to be adapted to specific retail needs. Building dimensions are 16x7.5 m, with a total area of 120 sq.m. The facade combines panoramic glazing in aluminum profile with cladding in metal or composite panels in terracotta or beige color. The roof is solid, with a parapet concealing roof engineering communications.

Standard equipment

Standard equipment includes double-glazed units in aluminum profile, glass entrance doors, a facade zone for signage, subfloor or finished flooring by agreement, and electrical wiring for lighting and retail equipment. On request, wall and roof insulation, ventilation, an air conditioning system, and additional technical rooms such as a storage area or restroom can be added.

Installation and delivery

The pavilion is manufactured at the company's production site in Kharkiv, while delivery and installation are carried out turnkey across Ukraine, so the customer receives a finished object at their own site. The modular construction allows the pavilion to be transported in blocks and assembled on site within a few days, without the lengthy construction work typical of capital building. The price of the 120 sq.m pavilion is fixed at 1920000 UAH, including the base facade and glazing package. The shop can be purchased with a signed contract and agreed manufacturing timeline.
